my dad said the same thing when I was 17, and he helped me (cosigned) to get a credit card to “establish credit”. Now I am 21 and after 4 years of charging crap I’m F*cked. your dad is right you will need to build credit, but I would suggest waiting a little while. Unless you have one of those parents who is going to pay on your card for you just don’t bother with it yet. I know you say you will be smarter then me, but I thought the same thing, then your car breaks down and what do you do? or something else comes up where you feel you really need the money, and that’s how it all starts. you don’t need good credit to rent an apartment. You do if you want to buy a house, you can usually buy a car without credit if you can afford it, but if you don’t have any credit they will rape you with interest fees. just wait a couple years, unless you have rich parents.

apply for any credit and if you can get it keep it paid on time without late payments and your credit will always improve to where you can get more credit

I’d appreciate some credit for the session I organized.
I adore coaching and am working on improving my relationship with the club executive.
I am trying to improve communication with my player’s parents.
Lets find a way to help your daughter express herself in a more acceptable manner.
You often have valuable input with our group, can we discuss the best way for you to present your ideas?

I organised the session, I don’t feel that I was given the credit that I was due, but it was personally fulfilling.

I adore coaching, the club executives are a thorn in my side, but, all in all, I love what I’m doing.

I have a group of great players’;however, their parents can be very argumentative, I’m very proud of my team non the less.

You’re daughter is a lovely girl but she needs to clean up her language.

Can you please try to be less disruptive in the group, I value your opinions but you’re making it difficult for others to participate.

Hope that helped. It still has the negative things that are bothering you but their phrased in a more pleasant way.

I organized the session even though I may not have gotten credit for it.

I can’t stand the club executive but I adore coaching.

I will stop arguing with my players’ parents.

Your daughter’s language must improve.

We must put an end to disruptions to the group.

You just have to spin them around a bit to make the sentences sound more upbeat and less like griping. Change them so that anything that is a positive (like the I love coaching part) is at the end to finish on a “high note” and make sure that anything that is a personal attack is pulled back and de-personalized. Avoid saying “you” and make it into a problem that “we handle” or that is less of an accusation. Also, in the 3rd one, the “want” is changed to “will” to make it sound like more of a determination of action instead of a helpless whine of a statement.

Who’s disrespecting Uruguay? They’re a great team and yes they have two World Cups and 14 Copa Americas, both tied with Argentina. I have no doubt they’ll beat Brazil on Tuesday, the Copa America final will be between them and Argentina, and one team will have 15 Copa Americas at the end of the day.

avoid the get rich schemes. there are many ways to invest in real estate. Some will say, “put down as much as you can” others will say “put the down payment on your credit card and leverage yourself”. There are alot of opinions out there. You should do what works best for you. What are you goals? Do you want to be a landlord? Do you want to just own the property and hold it? How much time do you have to do this? Do you at least own your own house now? If not, I would start there. Ask your listing agents some information about the market. Try visiting a local REIA chapter (Real Estate Investors Assocation) they can be of some use, but they want to charge for membership. Or, try to find a Cashflow Club as well.
