Red Cross assists in Haiti earthquake relief; youth run to support efforts planned
In the wake of the devastating earthquake in Haiti which is predicted to have claimed over 100,000 lives, local organizations, including the American Red Cross of Santa Monica, are working to assist with the relief efforts.

Students helping Haiti earthquake victims
Some Albertville High School students are doing their part trying to help Haiti earthquake victims. “I don’t know anybody down there. I don’t have any ties or any affiliation with anyone down there in Haiti,” Charlie Krausse, a teacher at AHS that has worked to organize the fundraiser, said.
